Terrence Soule, DDS, recently joined the adjunct faculty at the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry. He has a
long list of credentials and qualifications, including a Doctor of Dental
Science degree from New York University, a license from the Florida dental
board, and several years of private and clinic practice. He also attended
University of Florida as an undergraduate student, and he earned a Bachelor’s
degree.
The University Of Florida College Of Dentistry is one of the top dental
schools in the United States.
Every year, a talented class of students graduates from the college and goes on
to achieve excellent scores on national dental exams. The school is well-known
for its record in academics, research, and work for the public good. Faculty,
including adjunct professors like Terrence Soule, goes through a rigorous
vetting process before they are granted approval to work with the University’s
students.
At the Healthcare Center for the Homeless, Dr. Soule supervises
University of Florida students. They work there in ‘externships,’ which are
school-designed work experience roles for the students from the College of
Dentistry. In his role, Dr. Terrence Soule oversees the
students as they work with patients and complete their work, and can offer
advice if needed. The Healthcare Center for the Homeless is a great facility,
since it offers care and services to the homeless population, many of whom
would not otherwise be able to see a dentist. The chances of a homeless person
having dental insurance, or the money to pay for care on their own are slim.
