Terrence Soule: Philanthropist

Terrence Soule is a dentist based out of Florida who believes in giving back to others through his philanthropic efforts. Terrence Soule believes that helping others is an important part of life. Terrence Soule is a helpful and selfless individual who feels that donating money to charitable organizations is important because these organizations are not in business to make a profit. They rely heavily on donations to run and perform their services.

One of the charities that Terrence Soule happily donates to is a charity called Russell Home, based out of Florida. Russell Home serves severely handicapped children. Terrence Soule has generously donated money to the organization for three years in a row because he believes so strongly in their mission. Terrence Soule wants to help children in any way that he can.

Terrence Soule also supports an organization called Sun Up, which helps developmentally disabled individuals in Florida. Most recently, Terrence Soule donated $3,000 to support Sun Up’s efforts to help people with disabilities. Another organization that Terrence Soule actively supports is the Homeless Family Center. He donated $1,500 to the charity to help Florida’s homeless population.

Philanthropy is a huge part of Terrence Soule’s life. In addition to the previously mentioned organizations, Terrence Soule has donated to various other organizations throughout the years. He believes in giving money to help others who are less fortunate. Other charities Terrence Soule has donated to throughout the years include Safe Space of Vero Beach, Treasure Coast Community Health Center, Food Pantry of Indian River County, the American Red Cross, Shriners’ Hospital, the Salvation Army and Annunciation Catholic Church. Terrence Soule is also one of the proud sponsors of the Operation Change 5k run.

Terrence Soule works hard to support local charities who are doing good work in Florida communities. Terrence Soule is committed to helping these organizations thrive and plans to continue to support them in the future.

Accomplished Florida-Area Dentist and Educator, Terrence Soule

Terrence Soule is a Florida-area dentist who is originally from the state of Michigan. Terrence Soule moved to Florida to attend school to become a dentist. From an early age, Terrence Soule had an interest in dentistry because he wanted to help improve peoples’ smiles and dental health and hygiene, which Terrence Soule believes plays a large role in a person’s overall health and wellness. 

Terrence Soule was a very hardworking student and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. Terrence Soule attended New York University and completed the school’s competitive and highly rigorous dental program. Terrence Soule completed both classroom and practical training during this program before earning his doctorate of dental sciences. Terrence Soule passed the challenging test to become a Board Certified Dentist in the state of Florida. He is also certified in 3M ESPE MDI, a mini dental implant system.

Terrence Soule returned to Florida after completing his doctorate in dentistry in New York to be closer to his family and to start his career in dentistry. Terrence Soule currently practices as both a general and family dentist in a private practice. Terrence Soule has worked at various dental practices throughout his career. Terrence Soule has worked with various practices in the cities of Orlando, Ocala and Ormond Beach. Terrence Soule is committed to providing high quality dental care for all of his patients.

In addition to his many accomplishments as a private practice dentist, Terrence Soule worked as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Florida. In this role, Terrence Soule supervised students who were completing externships. The students were working at the Healthcare Center for the Homeless to gain practical experience in dentistry. Terrence Soule oversaw the dentists as they performed various dental procedures on low income and homeless patients.

Terrence Soule’s Professional Credentials

Terrence Soule, DDS, has a long and impressive list of professional credentials. He started out his career at the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree after four very successful years as an undergraduate student. He moved to Florida from his native Michigan. After he graduated, Terrence Soule went on to study dentistry at the New York University School of Dentistry. In New York, Terrence Soule attended a rigorous dental program that includes classroom work and practical training. The New York University program is known for producing excellent dentists who are committed to giving their patients the best possible care in the most efficient way possible. 

 After he earned his Doctor of Dental Science, or DDS, from New York University, Dr. Terrence Soule decided to return to Florida to practice dentistry. He returned to Florida for personal reasons, to be near family, and for professional reasons. Dr. Terrence Soule studied for and passed the Florida Dental Board examination. He also possessed the requisite degree and coursework, so he was granted a license to practice dentistry in the state of Florida. 

Dr. Terrence Soule then joined a community practice in Mount Dora, where he worked for one year. When a position opened up at the Health Care Center for the Homeless, Terrence Soule jumped at the opportunity to give dental care to those most in need. He worked at the Center for two years before re-entering private practice to focus on family dentistry. Now, Terrence Soule works as a private practice dentists, and was also recently added to the adjunct faculty at the University Of Florida School Of Dentistry. Terrence Soule has had a very successful career so far, and looks forward to becoming an even better dentist as he grows professionally.

Longwood Resident Terrence Soule

Terrence Soule has lived and worked in Longwood, Florida for many years. He loves living in Longwood with his wife, and set up his private practice there as well. He moved to Longwood from Orlando. Longwood is a small city with about 13,500 people. It is a historic city that attracts visitors and tourists from around the United States and the world.  It has several historic homes and tourist sites. Longwood is known as a scenic, peaceful town with a tight-knit community of neighbors. It has great schools, which attract many families to Longwood. The town puts on several charity events each year, like an annual CROP walk to raise money to fight hunger. Longwood has several active churches, and Terrence Soule and his wife enjoy their congregation. 

Terrence Soule and his wife love living in Longwood. They found a house in town that they loved, and they like their neighbors and their community. They both work nearby, and have short commutes to work. Dr. Terrence Soule works as a family dentist, and he enjoys working in a community like Longwood. He sees patients from around the area, but he always likes to see his friends and neighbors in the office. 

When he is not working, Terrence Soule likes to relax in town with his family. He and his wife love to take evening walks around town and they also like to eat out in Longwood’s restaurants. They love the fact that the town is so friendly, and that the staff at local businesses recognize them. Terrence is an active runner, and belongs to a running group in town.  He and his wife have several extended family members who live nearby, so they also spend many of their weekends at family parties and events in Longwood and the neighboring towns.

Terrence Soule’s European Vacation

Recently, local dentist Terrence Soule took his wife on a surprise vacation to Paris, France. It was the couple’s first international vacation together, and they had a wonderful. The Longwood, Florida couple reports back that they enjoyed great food, a beautiful city, and several wonderful outings in the City of Light.  Here’s the story of their great vacation!

Terrence Soule and his wife have a fun tradition of planning surprise vacations for each other. They talk about vacation plans, set some parameters and a budget, and take turns planning the details as a surprise! Last year, Terrence Soule’s planned a wonderful beach vacation, so he knew he really had his work cut out for him this year. Because they were celebrating an anniversary, they were looking for a romantic destination. They also wanted a place where neither of them had been before. Says Terrence, “I’ve always wanted to go to Paris with my wife, but I thought it would be way out of our budget for this trip.” As it turns out, Terrence paid a visit to his local travel agent, who found them a wonderful deal on flights and hotels. Especially in the off-season, European travel can be surprisingly affordable if you know where to look or if you have some experienced help.

The surprise went off well. Even when they got to the airport, Terrence Soule’s wife could barely believe they were off to Paris! She says that she thought Terrence had told her to pack her passport “as a way to throw me off the scent.” In Paris, the couple ate delicious French food and visited famous art museums. They also took a beautiful dinner cruise down the Seine. A highlight of their trip was a midnight stroll around the Eiffel Tower.  Terrence Soule would recommend a Paris vacation to anyone looking for a relaxing romantic getaway.

Dr. Terrence Soule Provides Care to Homeless Patients

Terrence Soule, DDS, worked with the Health Care Center for the Homeless for two and a half years. The Health Care Center for the Homeless, located in Orlando, Florida, is a non-profit organization that ensures that homeless and low-income people in Orlando have access to basic and emergency medical and dental care. The Center offers counseling, acute care, assistance managing low-term chronic conditions, and other medical care to homeless and uninsured patients from Orlando and the surrounding counties. Their eventual goal is to return their homeless patients to healthy, independent, and stable lives.

Dr. Terrence Soule worked in the Health Care Center’s dental clinic. He saw many patients with a variety of dental concerns, and he worked with them in a professional and caring manner. At the Center, Terrence Soule did routine procedures, annual exams, and several urgent or emergency surgeries. Many of his patients had been without dental care for years, and did not have a stable living environment in which to care for their teeth. His caring, compassionate manner helped his patients realize the importance of taking care of their health and working with Center staff towards stability and good health, and encouraged them to return for follow-up appointments.

 

After two and a half years, Dr. Terrence Soule moved on to private practice. He now practices dentistry in private practice, and works as an adjunct professor for the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He still works hard to help the homeless community in Orlando. Many of his former patients now come to see him in his current practice. He also continues to support local charities, including the Health Care Center and the Homeless Family Center. In his personal philanthropy, Terrence Soule supports organizations like the Homeless Family Center that give important resources to homeless citizens of Orlando.

Terrence Soule’s Outdoor Hobbies

When he’s not at work or seeing patients, dentist Terrence Soule loves to spend time outside. He lives in Longwood, Florida, a beautiful suburban community with lots of opportunities for outdoor recreation. The town is full of parks, walking paths, and bicycle paths. Terrence and his wife decided to live in Longwood after visiting the town and seeing all the great places to enjoy the outdoors in town. Many people from colder parts of the country come to Longwood for vacations in the winter. A native Michigander, Terrence Soule loves to live in a place where he can enjoy the outdoors all year round.

He has been golfing for several years, and he and his wife like to go out for a round of golf in the early mornings on the weekends. When they’re not golfing, Terrence Soule and his wife also enjoy going for hikes in their area with extended family, friends, or their church. When they have the time, Terrence Soule and his wife love to take longer camping trips, especially in the cooler months. They are planning to take a vacation to a famous golfing resort, but for now, they enjoy working on their game on the weekends.

Terrence Soule is also an avid runner. He goes for a morning run about 3 times per week, to clear his head before a long day at his dental practice or overseeing students from the University of Florida. He runs outside whenever he can, but he hits the treadmill at home if the weather is bad. Recently, he was a corporate sponsor for the Operation Changing Lives 5k fundraiser race. The event raised money for Operating Changing Lives, which helps to fund surgeries for children in medical need. Terrence Soule also participated, running the 5 kilometer race with friends and colleagues.
